What are Mammals??

 Mammals: What are Mammals?

Mammals are a large animal group with furry bodies, bony skeletons and a unique habit of sucking their young on milk.

All mammals are warm blooded, meaning they can regulate their body temperature so that it stays constant, even in cold weather.

Fur and Fat protect mammals from the cold. When they do get cold they curl-up, seek shelter or shiver.

Every type of mammal except monotremes give birth to live young.

Monotremes are egg-laying mammals like Platypus, Echidna etc..

Well that's for today see you tomorrow!!!
